The second DERAPS album is characterised by a nostalgic but unique sound and vibe, with dominant guitar riffs and solos, angelic vocal harmonies, deep and emotional but also funny lyrics, catchy musical hooks and choruses and a variety of songs and styles that will delight from start to finish.
With their raw feel and mix, the young Canadian band brings authenticity, vibrancy and groove back to Rock N’ Roll.
Topped off with a completely hand-drawn cover artwork that conveys a strong message.

DERAPS are Jacob Deraps, lead guitar and lead vocals and Josh Gallagher on drums and background vocals. Jacob was born in St-Georges, Quebec, Canada and Josh was born in Perth, Australia.
They met online through their Van Halen covers on YouTube. The two received great recognition for their ability to capture the sound and energy of early Van Halen songs, even being featured multiple times on the Official Van Halen News Desk.
Following the release of their self-titled debut album, DERAPS was voted ‘Best New Band of 2022’ by the readers of ‘Burrn!’ magazine (Japan), and their song ‘My Side of Town’ was included in ‘The Ultimate Playlist of 2022’ by Classic Rock Magazine (UK).
